1. About the game

SpikeDash Zone is an arcade game provided by Semy WEB GbR. These terms apply to the web version and the Android version unless separate store terms apply.

2. Fair use

You may use the game for personal, lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, submit malicious content or use automated traffic to manipulate scores.

3. Player names and created levels

Player names must not impersonate another person, infringe rights or contain abusive, illegal or hateful content. Levels created with the editor must follow the same standards. We may remove content or restrict access where necessary to protect the service and its players.

4. Availability

We work to keep the game available, but online services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or technical reasons. Offline play may remain available where supported.

5. Intellectual property

The SpikeDash Zone name, game code, visual design, original content and branding belong to Semy WEB GbR or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit them without written permission.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when the game or its services change. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
